Good changes in online ordering

I just want to say thank you for adding the option to your online ordering where a call centre agent calls to let me know if something is out of stock. Before you added this feature I had nightmare orders where the only thing in stock would be a pair of socks and the system would assume I wanted to pay R50 for a pair of R35 socks to be delivered! Now I check the box to "call me to confirm substitutions" and a live person calls me to suggest substitutions for out of stock items, and I can even cancel the entire order with that same agent if I so wish. You've made things much easier for me.
