On the 15/10/2013, I made a purchase from the DIONWIRED online store. I chose to purchase from a reputable store, as I required professional service levels. Today, I received a call to inform me that the laptop was not available - reason given that the unit in stock was not in a saleable condition. I was offered as a replacement an ACER laptop or the option of a refund. I have now requested a refund. All of this was tantamount to false advertising, and "baiting and switching" (offering me an ACER vs the DELL that was advertised). It was a total waste of my time and as a freelancer providing a professional service to international clients; I am dependent on a laptop; thus time that I could not afford to lose. DIONWIRED, you are a major brand in SA; start eliminating all of these bottlenecks in your service levels and process and start providing a world class service that consumers are not disadvantaged.
