Advertised the big birthday deals but never have stock in any of the branches i went all the way to gateway to buy the acer notebook advertised for R3999 the sales guy says theres no stock anywhere and there will not be receiving anymore stock how pathetic why advertise for it i was so furious, really looked forward to going home with the laptop i waited such a long time and finally spoke to a manager i was told that i could not get any other laptop as a substitute for the acer i feel that game should not advertise because they donot know about consumer rights. As a customer it is not my problem if there is no stock i should be compensated and given a laptop similiar to the one advertised because game advertised for it and i had to go through the inconvenience of going all the way to the store and getting nothing. I will take this further because game always has stock issues it shouldnt be a customers fault.
