I bought an ACER INTEL CORE i3 laptop-11/02/2013- which was on promotion and the laptop has a 24 month guarantee. On 24 April 2013 at 11:36:23 AM I returned the laptop because the Hardware crashed and I couldn't do anything with it. The lady at the counter told me that they will take the laptop but next time if the experience any problems, I shouldn't bring the laptop to them, I should call a personnel from Incredible Solutions to come fix the problem for me. I didn't understand that because the meaning of 24 month guarantee is that I can take back the product TO THE STORE within 24 months of purchase if I have a problem with it. After they returned the laptop, it started having freezing problems. Every time I watch a movie, it freezes every minute, as if it is a scratched disc, but it not only freezes when I watch a movie or video, it freezes anytime it feels like tormenting me. I called Game to ask if I can have a new laptop because it is not normal for a laptop that is not even 6 months old to start acting like this, but the lady I spoke to on the phone told me they need authorisation from Acer before they can give me a new laptop. I called Acer and they told me that is not true
