Surplus Fund of Casper Van Wyk

In 2012, My mother made an application for the Surplus Funds of my father, the late Casper Pieters Van Wyk to Chamber of Mines.
She was assisted by Junior Nkosi who requested Documents such as the ID of the deceased and death certificate and ID copies of my mother
and all the children she had with the deceased. I emailed all these documents to Junior Nkosi at [Email Removed] on 2012/12/07.
Junior also requested that these be sent by post and the this was done.

It has been more than a year now and have since not heard from Junior Nkosi or had any updates from the chamber of mines. Kindly assist
