My deceased mother had loan with Bayport. On the 10 november 2013 it was sunday at 2 o'clock the was an employee who says he works for bayport who came at our house by the name of Teboho from Benoni brach saying the company sent him to come fetch the death certificate of my mother. My problem and question is that how can a company send the employee to collect the death certificate with arranging with the family of the deceased 2. Under which regulation do the company work on on sending employees to go house to house collecting death certificates on sunday worse of all and the employee was having attitude towards us when enquire more more cause he left his numbers to contact him his telling me am irritating him! A very bad and poor service Bayport is doing to run the business, they make people unsafe at their home. Very Bad service
