I WANT MY MONEY!!!

On the 10th Oct I went to Jabulani FNB to do a payment to overseas. I produced the Order form with two different payment method Money Order/ Wire Transfer, not sure if the teller can read, he didn't do either of the methods mentioned above, he did the money gram. I only realised when I emailed the order form to the supplier that the transaction was totally wrong. I then went to Killarney to enquire if the whole transaction could be reversed. On the 17th Oct I received a call from Makhosazana from Jabulani FNB who needs serious training on how to communicate with clients, she asked me "what I wanted to do at the bank and if I knew what I was doing" I explained to her that I wanted to do Money Order or Wire Transfer/ Swift. She told me that I was been rude to her and that I didn't even know what i wanted to do and that I should go to the bank so that they can do the reversal. On the 26th October I then went to the bank, my I regret that day, it felt like I was in Shoprite. What happened to SERVIVE? To this day no one has contacted me.
