Vangate Super-Spar was running a month end special till 1st Oct, that includes sugar 2.5kg @ R20.00 and Ariel (hand wash) Washing Powder @ R30.00. I went there Sunday morning brought my sugar and found no Ariel Washing Powder I was told to leave my details at the customer service, which I did, I was told it will be in store @2pm and I will get a call.no call was forthcoming. I went again on Monday morning 9am and spoke to CS and was told again that stock is arriving @2pm and I will get a call I left my details again. I ask the girl to reserve 5units for me but was told depending on stock I can only have 3.Up until now I have not received a call from SuperSpar. On both occasions when I addressed the CS was the manager walking pass and did not bother him to find out what the problem was. I guess Im just 1 single client trying to get service and it shld'nt make a dent in their business.(I take my hat off for Checkers Rondebosch that manager goes out of his way to chech for stock on the delivery truck.)Vangate Mall Superspar does not give me the time of day!
