This is the 2nd time I've had the same complaint against d same person @ d same branch!! I wantd a refund on tablets. I did not have my debit card with me & d store manager insisted I need 2 produce it bcos I purchased d tablets with a credit card. As a result, the service advisor said that he could only give me a gift voucher. I DONT OWN A CR CARD! 4 sum idiotic reason Clicks system lists my dr card as a cr card. Hw is dat my problm??? i phoned customer care & despite d manager @ customer care explaining 2dservice advisor, he refused 2 budge, & insisted I purchased d product wid my credit card! D last time I complained abt d same issue wid d store manager. She insisted she magically put d money into my debit card bcos according to her, it was a credit card. Months later, the money dint reflect. She then insisted I take my bank statements 2 her 2 prove that d money wasnt in my account. After wasting money getting d statements, I thot it, how is dat even proper procedure 4 an employee 2 have access 2 my personal statements! Despite the previous complaint, the same thing happens. I am sick of this!!! I am nw goin 2 complain on every site and approach the papers as well. Cli
