Phoning me from a private number and asking me all kinds of personal details IS NOT THE WAY TO DO THINGS. This leads to identity and other activity.
Then simply blocking my wife's card makes the situation even worse!
Please Edgars, get your house in order! Re-activate my wife's card now!
