Purchased a kettle last year & within a week it stopped working, took it back for an exchange & was told it will be repaired. I have this kettle for 8 months & it has been for repairs 5 times, the most recent was last month & it only worked 3 days after being "repaired". May i please get a new kettle or a refund i am being polite about this issue. Chatsworth branch has no customer service, if i go back to the store & i am treated like an i will then behave like one in the store...
