Handed in Android 3 months ago for repairs

We have handed in our Blaupunkt Android Tab for repairs as it keeps on freezing on one screen at the CNA Keywest branch in Krugersdorp. they said that we will wait for about a month to be fixed. when we start to enquire we found out that the repairs was never reverted to vendor to fix. Bettie advised us that she will be dealing with this issue and that we will receive constant feedback - which never happen either, as we kept on following up in our own capacity and money. this is now the 3 month since we handed it in originally and get told today that Bettie has left the company and that no-one was aware of this issue. Spoke to Pinkie at the shop who advised that the android is with the vendor and that we will have to wait till we hear from them. this is totally unacceptable to wait 3 months for something to be repaired. also does CNA not have any handing over processes in place to ensure that whom ever is leaving hand over all the work with to the branch manager. staff is very incompetent it is um and am when one ask questions. the way i feel is that we close our account and insist on our money back so that we can go to other stores that can provide the service we pay for.
