I went to the store to purchase a door handle which had broken. Told the lady my measurements, she said they only come in standard sizes. So i took the one closest. Did not fit. Went back again. Spoke to owner again, they only come in certain sizes I must have measured wrong again. Took the bigger size. needless to say it also did not fit. Go back for a refund. Only the owner can do it and he is not in. I arrange to go back at 8h30 the following morning. Well I wait until 8h45 no one shows up. I go in again that afternoon, again he is not in. Clearly making someone drive back and forth is acceptable to them. So i send an e-mail to the store and get a reply saying maybe I should have measured correctly. Never mind I told both of them the measurements and they both told me I was wrong because they all standard sizes. I must submit my banking details and he will do a transfer. Well it has been a week and as reliable as he was when I was told he would meet me at the store why am I surprised that he has not paid me. Great service is doing things you say you will.
