Android (7" Tablet) - no service and no response

I purchased a 7" Android Tablet online from Wicount on the 30/11/2012 which we're fine until a month ago, as it's still under guarantee I enquired in this regard and received feedback from Android SA what's the possible problem - I complied to their instructions but to no avail so I contacted them again upon which the buck was passed to Wicount/deal click from Android SA. They said that that the Android that was sold was by Wicount and the responsibility for repairs are Wicount's. I have contacted Wicount via email on numerous occasions in this regard but have received no response from them up until now. This is of grave concern as the Android is still under guarantee and I'm sitting with a product that's of no use to me. I would like some form of response and assistance and or want my money back and they can have their Android back. I have also refered this matter to my legal team.
