Last saturday I went to Edgars Alberton to pay my account. The lady at the counter tells me that my installment is X amount. The problem is that This is the same amount as when I owed double the current amount. I told her that because I owe half of what I owed now that the installment should be less. Eish... no idea as usual.

So I went to customer services. Spoke to a gentleman there... and he phoned someone. This person told him that since I paid in half of what I owed in one go... the edgars system is inefficient and cant work out the new installment. Apparently im in R1850.00 credit which is much less than what I paid in as a lump sum... I have no idea where that amount comes from. How can a company that deals with millions on a daily basis be so useless?

I also hate the you" look given to me from the staff everytime I walk in just because im caucasion.

Really getting sick of Edgars. Time to close my account
