I bought a Italia 5pce Bedroom set, and when it arrived not all the parts was there, I contacted H&H just to be informed that they are looking for the missing items.
The day the headboard was delivered I noticed a massive gash out of the wood, I reported it to Andre per mail and phoned on the 1st October 2013, but up till today, nobody even tried to help me or tell me what they will be doing about my headboard. they got the sale, so the with the customer. I always bought all my stuff from them, but this will surely be my last time.
