Im so right now 1.No one has responed to my query 2 Customer service @ Spitz Maponya is so disgusting im escalating my matter to the ombudsman Keketso he is so full of himself he told me straight that he wont give me my carvella because I escalated the matter tio hellopeter I have recorded him, Find someone that is willing to deal with customers not that Im dead serious that guy does not know the defenation of customer service he saw that the shoes is big and was given the wrong size and said he is waiting for his manager and Irvin on the other hand tells me that he can make decisions but he tells me No what is No. him and the Store Manager I want my shoes now. Someone must call me otherwise is gonna break loose
