When I went to Edgars they told me to bring my boots in for quality assurance. I gave them my about 3 weeks ago, the manager said she will call me after 7 working days. I still have not gotten feedback from anyone. Edgars really doeant care about their customers. You need to update a customer now and then about what is going on. You cannot be quite for such a long time and leave the customer wondering whether they busy with their query or not. Edgars Maponya has failed to assist me. This is the second report I'm writing to you regarding this matter. If this problem has been escalated to the manager surely the manager has to go out of her way to keep customers happy. I'm sure if I had gone to Edgars in Sandton I would have got a better service. I want feedaback regarding my shoes. This is really tiring I must say. Edgars Maponya you should up your game. I'm so dissapointed. I bought those boots because I wanted to keep warm so now I'm cold because 2dgars is so ignorant.
