To put it simply, I ordered a book through your company. Since it came from the states it was listed as delivery in 10 - 15 working days and the ETA on the order said 3 October.
That time has now passed by. Since then I have sent 2 emails in this regard. 1 on the 5th (which received zero response) and 1 a few minutes ago regarding the non response.
It's moments like these that highlight why retail stores should just stay small... clearly customer service suffers at the price of expansion.
