I did a laybye sometime in July for a Navy Blue Carvella size 7 and half went back to in September to take out the shoesI noticed that the shoe is BIG, took out the shoes and saw that it was size 42 asked the people around me what is size 42 told me that its size8, when I did a Laybe I asked the lady that was helping that I want a size 7 and half she even asked what size do I wear I told her that I wear size 8 and I know with Carvella u need to take one size smaller because it stretches quickly and she also agreed with me that take one smaller size it stretches quickly. I went back to the store Yes I wore the shoe because there was other way I could know that I was given a size 8 instead of a 7 and half, I came to the store and told Irvin and he said I must come with the shoes so that he can see if it's still in good condition. I came on Friday I was assisted by Koketso he was not even much Help, he saw the shoe he said to me yes he can see that the shoe is big and was only wore once and still and in good condition and he said that he can't take back the shoe because it has been worn. Koketso was not showing sympathy and not willing to listen
