DID NOT UPDATE MY PAYMENTS NOW I HAVE BAD CREDIT

I am applying for a home loan and now have a bad credit score thanks to Woolworths not updating the last 2 payments I made.

I made 2 payments for R1000 each on my Woolworths Account. on:
5/ Sept/2013 and 24/Sept/2013.

I took my proof of payments to store, the woman called head office, NO ONE APOLOGIZED, the woman at the counter was 100% dis-empowered and couldn't tell me what went wrong or what was going to happen.
I emailed HEAD OFFICE 14 OCTOBER 2013, to find out what is going on, no response.
I even went on Twitter, they asked me to DM my id number and still I have heard NOTHING from WOOLWORTHS?

This is completely unacceptable and a major set-back in my life as it has compromised my home loan application and no apology or word has been received from Woolworths!!!

I would like someone to explain to me what happened, why were my payments not updated? What is going to be done to correct my credit score. What is going to happen to the INTEREST accumulated on my account and why is no one interested in replying to my emails, Tweets and In-store visit fax sent to head office?

FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!!!
