I bought a bed from lewis stores the 2nd of october, it was delivered the 3rd of october, the bed is guaranteed but i see why. its been a week and the bed has settlements/denting in the mattress and footing came off... i weigh 57kgs i could not have caused this. it seems as though i was sold a returned/2nd hand bed that was renewed. i am disgusted that i have been by a well known furniture place. what do they take me for? i am a young person working myself to the bone and this is the service i get by purchasing from Lewis. i need this sorted urgently as i do not want the bed anymore!
