I bought a washing machine from Lewis and wanted to cancel the deal a few day later as my daughter decided to buy it for me instead of using my Lewis account. The rudeness and abuse i received from the staff was unbelievable. I had to get my daughter to intervene. The branch manager was just as rude to her, however she did promise to cancel the deal and collect the machine from my house. A month later i am still sitting with the machine and recently received a statement saying im owing Lewis R7000 for the machine. This is after i have logged a complaint with their complaints department and they promised me to cancel the deal and collect the machine. I am now at my wit's ends, i don't know what I need to do to get this thing cancelled and this machine collect. Lewis is filled with a bunch of incompetent idiotic people for staff. I am beyond irate now. Hopefully someone will call me at least just to acknowledge my query.
