We ordered 2 items on Kalahari on the 27/11/2013 and the items was for 24 hour delivery, so items should be here quick, their estimated delivery date was 29/11/2013 . From past experience they are very quick, but this time it's the worst! :-( No more click, click ding dong, now its click, click --> no more ding dong, just more phone calls to Kalahari and RTT and lots and lots of empty promises.
After 2 weeks and promises from Happy (RTT) and Ashley (Kalahari) I still have no products. I've ordered another 24 hour item on the 5th of December and that I've received already. Kalahari does not respond on e-mails! Il You've lost my confidence as a loyal customer and I will start looking somewhere else to buy online.
The products was for an occasion for the weekend that's past, I ended up buying another product!! :-(
