I order two packages on [URL Removed] The were both given the same order number, and both linked to the same waybill number. I made arrangements to be home where the stated waybill will be delivered. However, Kalahari made a mistake, as they logged them using different packages with the courier. Now one has been delivered.
I made arrangements to accept the delivery. I think that is terrible service. Also, I phoned to ask the call centre what was going on. Apparently I should wait for feedback. No feedback, and their offices are closed.
Terrible terrible service.
