What happened to my order?

I have made four attempts by phone to find out the status/location of an order placed on 8 Feb, once on Friday 1 March, once on Monday 4 March, once on Tuesday 5 March and once on Wednesday 6 March. On each occasion I was promised that someone would be in contact with me before the end of the day.

The order was supposed to be delivered to Kalahari Reception, but nobody seems to know where it is, the attached tracking number shows no info, and the Courier company's phone lines are apparently non-functional.

As far as the Kalahari website is concerned it shows that the order has been completed and the items have been dispatched.

I'm turning to HelloPeter as a last resort, since I feel I've been more than patient with regard to this order.
