Items to the value of R1880 were ordered and paid for on 7 May. The items were intended as a gift for Saturday 11 May. Items were meant to be delivered on Thursday 9 May. This delivery date was missed. The items were then meant to be delivered on Friday 10 May. This was also missed, despite phoning both the courier company (Berco) and the Kalahari call centre to chase up the delivery. Delivery was then promised for Monday 13 May. Surprise, surprise, the delivery once again did not materialise.
The only reason I have not cancelled the order is because I verbally promised it to the person whose gift it was intended to be. I have been embarrassed by this lack of delivery, and am utterly disappointed by the service provided from a supplier which I have been using, confidently, for many years.
