We took a watch that I bought for my husband as an anniversary gift, to Sterns Wonderpark about 1 month ago, the get the strap replaced. We were told that it will take about 4 months, because the watch need to be send to Cape Town for repairs.

Last week we received a call to say that the watch if ready for collection. When we got to the store, the store manager opened the parcel, only for us to discover that it was not my husbands watch on the inside, but with all his particulars on the outside.

We were promised that we will receive a call by Monday, and that the situation will be sorted out (that was on Saturday) On Monday I had to phone the store, only to hear that from the morning (it was now 15:00pm) they couldn't reach the people in Cape Town.

Now I must wait until Tuesday 12:00pm, to hear what the Area Manager suggest they do.

Now I want to know, how do you replace a gift? How do I know that somebody else is not sitting with my husband's watch?
