On saturday, 12 oct, I called foschini westgate and asked one of the ladys whom answered what percentage of sale was on, she replied extra. 33%, I sepecifically went and purchased goods, on sunday I noticed my receipt is way over priced, . Upon calling westgate I was told I'd have to pin out the person in order for the matter to be resolved. Seriously, so I trust this lady, she works there, she answered phone n I'm suppose to pin her out when I spoke to her over the phone, now manager had told me that's the only way she can help, fair enough. But I wouldn't have purchased or taken my money else where if I knew it wasn't 33% off. No one will assist. Utterly disgusted, what wud I have to gain by running my phone bill up phonin head office n westgate for what, I was told one thing made effort to go n now ripped off.
