Incompetent, lazy and over paid

First 4 months no funds deducted as per contract signed in shop, no phone calls or accounts and letters received within the first 4 months that states arrears on account, several phone calls explaining to them that we can't pay arrears cash as I am the client and I can pay via EFT if I like and see fit, they need to allocate the payments on their side as agreed. Incompetent staff, lazy and probably over paid!!! I am waiting on a manager phone call for months now!!!
