I went onto internet searching for a dress I can wear to a wedding this weekend.
I got something I liked at Ackermans, but the Westgate Mall Ackermans did not have this dress...
I then phone all other close by mall, to find that the dress I was looking for was nowhere to be found, I then phone Ackermans Head Office, and Lwando Ntongana helped me solve my problem, he went the extra mile to help me allocate the dress I want to my closes Shopping Mall... Westgate.
Lwando, did this all in one day... next day got a call and an e-mail stating that he spoke to the Ackemans Westgate manager that I will be purchasing the dress, just after 5 today, and they arranged to keep it aside for me!
Well done, to him and thank you to the Westgate manager... I think this is very good service!
