7th October 2013 I had entered your store in Century City Canalwalk with an intention of purchasing a fragrance (Amen Pure Energy)
No tester or sample available to be sure if that was the fragrance of my choice Sales person contacted Management on the duty, that was unable to provide a solution. After contact management I was told to try Edgars, Markams, or Diskem they should have something to test. I left contact details with your staff.
After being to three different stores Truworths Elements are the only Store which has stock.
11th October, 2013 I went back to the store but yet could not be assisted.
Unfortunately your level of service at the store is pathetic and inadequate
How do I justify spending R900 on a fragrance which I am unable to test
Being a client of Truworths for the past 15 years how do I support a company where there service levels are not in the interest of the customer
Questions I ask you
Are Truworths staff trained on sending clients to their competitors?
Are you management team interested in providing solutions to truworths customers or are they just collecting a salary?
