I bought a fragrance from Truworths by the name Alfred Dunhill Desire. the fragrance in it self is a very strong fragrance but it was not lasting the way it is supposed to. I complained about the fragrance and the manager herself from Truworths Kolonnade told me that the fragrance went for testing and for that reason they can not be able to exchange it. They gave me the contact details for the person responsible for testing and when iI called the guy he told me that he is still going to test it. the manager wanted to give back the fragrance without testing it and as i complained about it, she told me that she is not willing to carry any loss. I asked her if she wants her customers to carry that loss and she did not even care how I as a customer felt.
