On the 07/03/2013 at about 6:30pm my wife and I visited the Gateway store to make a specific purchase of the Jean Paul Gaultier le Male fragrance. I had been wanting to purchase this from November last year. When I arrived at the store there were two assistants in the fragrance department. I asked one of the ladies at the fragrance department what does the fragrance come with. She told me that it comes with a bag as well as two 5ml samples, however the other assistant also stated that they were out of bags and that I should of came into the store earlier in the day as it was now her home time and she was not willing to get a bag from the stock room. The only bag she could give me was the one from the display window which she made a big fuss about. She then abruptly told me to stand at the pay line while she fetches the bag from the window. when she returned with the bag I asked her what about the samples that was supposed to be included? she replied that they don't have any samples. I told her that the samples were also displayed on the window and that she should get them from there. She and said that those samples are for another product yet they were clearly the samples that
