Wrong billing and incompetent call center and staf

I was on a yearly subscription. through the year I paid in extra so my account had a credit. On the last day of my yearly subscription, I phoned in and changed it to a monthly subscription. According to me and my past statements from multichoice it would be a problem because of my credit on the account. First they told me I had to pay in over R700. then I spend ours on the phone and said they will have a look at it. the next day they said I must even pay more in. When I asked about my credit, they said I used it up through the year (on a account that was fully upfront paid up for a year). After hours and days on the phone, they still cant see the problem.
Even I can see on my statements what they did wrong, but every person that I spoke to was too lazy and stupid to look in to my account and they just say used up my credit. I emailed them, and also an incompetent guy phoned me. It cost me alot on phone bills on cell to mutichoice and they just don't care. If you don't pay you can not watch DSTV. Im tired of calling them, explaining myself to an incompetent person that knows less than the previous person. They just don't care and is too lazy to have a look into a problem.
