I was buying a dress and noticed that it was torn. It was the only one on the shelf that was my size and when I showed it to the store consultant he told me that they can't sell it as it had to be sent back to the supplier. I said he needs to give me a discount and he said the store doesn't allow for such. So my question to you is: why are you not monitoring the stock that you put out on the shelves and remove it before a customer notices it especially if it's the last one of that size. I was desperate as it was the only polka dot dress so i had to take the dress and get it fixed myself. Such shoddiness from this store.
