PATHETIC CLIENT SERVICE

Once again you have failed miserably to answer queries put to you in my last complaint. A consultant phoned me twice, Thurs and this Frid (18.1) to enquire my download speed, the problem is both time I was not at my pc. I asked for an email so I could send the information but have received nothing. I queried about the other part of my email and was informed that they do not deal with it but I must go to the shop I bought the package from, the more I told her that I had bought it from head office the more she carried on I must go to the shop. GET YOUR CONSULTANTS TRAINED AND TO LISTEN TO CLIENTS. I am still waiting for a reply to my last complaint. Is there anyone who can actually correspond with a client by email or must we regard these unsatisfactory phone calls the best Cell C can do? Cell C you must be sick and tired of my complaints by now but believe me not as much as I am sick of your bad client service.
