We ordered a couple of things through the online store. Then we got an email stating the goods were delivered which it wasn't. We contacted the client care of Mr Price Home on Sunday and got told by Courtney she will phone back after checking what's going on. Then Monday morning phoned again and spoke to Maria who would get back to us. Then we phoned again at 15h00 and spoke to Perushka who promised that Courtney will get back to us before 17h00. It is now 19h00 and once again they failed to acknowledge their customers and provide service as per their promise. Clearly Mr Price doesn't take customer service seriously.
Can a senior person from Mr Price get involved or is the only route the call centre agents who would rather not work?
