Good day, My husband have an account at Foshini and he went and bought me a cellphone Nokia Asha 311 on the 29.04.2013 for an Anniversary and Birthday gift for the 7th May which we paid cash R1399. The phone started switching off and on as if it Reboots and he took it to the store and it was sent for repairs in September. The phone came back a week later and not for long gave the same problem and i also had a Mxit icon on my phone which was not there before. The phone then just went off and never went on again even after trying to charge it just didnt go on. I took the phone again on 15.10.2013 for repairs and to date received no information yet. I need my phone for work purpose and am very dissapointed as this was a gift and but don't seem have any pleasure from the this gift my husband bought. I want a refund or another phone as this is unacceptable.
