Good Morning

I was extremely disappointed yesterday when I went into Carlton Centre Pick and pay with the aim of procuring my groceries.

On the 2nd of October 2013, at 17.53pm, I re loaded my pick and pay gift voucher card with an amount of R400.00.

When I was at the pay point, It was only then that I discovered that my card had not been re-loaded. The card still had a balance of R17.29 from the previous month.

I can only imagine the extreme embarrassment if I didn't have my debit card with me.

Needless to say that I was truly inconvenienced, I had to use my debit card to procure the goods. Spent over an hour trying to re solve the problem. It saddens me to say that the staff weren't helpful at all and quiet keen to push me aside and make me wait. There was no sense of urgency in attending to my problem at all.

I would sincerely appreciate it if this matter was resolved urgently, before this matter becomes an inconvenience to me.
