Good day again, I think in my own works Foschini just does not care about their customers. After I lodge a complaint on 21-09-2013 I got a responce from Vanessa da Rocha on the same day and after that I have never received anything regarding my claim. I am now wondering how is their customer service since there is nothing that is happening. Also how can they expect me to take a phone that is way less then the original price of the phone I had and its like being told to downgrade and that I will not do. At the moment they requested a motivation letter and nothing has happened after this report. I need a responce asap if they will give me the phone or not or they should give me the money I originally bought the phone for and I will go buy another phone as I will not take a phone that is way less that the value of the phone I had.
