Last year I returned a dress at the Woodlands Edgars.
I receive a gift card for my return. The value of the dress was R499, 99.
Yesterday when i went back to the Edgars, to make another purchase using the gift card, the lady at customer services phoned the gift card division, they confirmed that the card was never loaded.
I was informed that I need to prove this transaction, but as i paid cash, i dont have receipts anymore.
I requested that the branch review their slips, as i have signed for the gift card, but they could not help me.
I find this to be very bad service. I feel that this Edgars branch is from me!!!
