On Monday 2 Sept I went to P&P Waverley to buy groceries. I wanted to pay with my gift card, but was told it was off-line. I unpacked the groceries and left. On Wednesday 4 Sept. I went to P&P Hyper in Feary Glen. When I checked the balance I had no money left on my gift card. The transaction of 2 Sept went through twice on my gift card, although I did not receive the groceries. Riaan, the manager at Feary Glen solved the problem, and he needs to be commended. But I had to wait for 90 minutes and was not even offered a cup of coffee. When Riaan phoned the manager at Waverley, he first wanted to check the security footage to make sure that I returned the groceries. I felt humiliated, like a criminal.
I reported the matter on P&P's website twice, but only received fault reports.
