I recently received a gift card (Debit) from my company and I already put in petrol and bought steers in the day however I went to debonair, s and wanted to buy pizza and I placed my order and the cashier swiped my debit gift card and told me I need a ID document or drivers license to make the payment as the card did not ask for a pin. then told the cashier I used the car before and it was a debit card it does not require a pin I then got the manager involved and I told her I used the card twice before and I was never asked for an ID as the gift card was from the company given to me with a loaded amount of money. I was then accused of activity which really upset me as I have been a law abiding citizen all my life and would not know how to do. I then told the manager where I work and gave her my company number to phone and confirm however they still refused. I am highly disappointed in this and want this resolved and would like compensation as I wasted my whole lunch and did not eat and now I must starve until I get home. I also called up for the inquiries on the card and they told me purchase should of been made. My email address is [Email Removed]
