Bad service and different stories

I went to Edagrs Maponya after calling them and asking if i can come to the shop and have my cellphone checked and the man I spoke to said I should come and when I got there the story changed and Norman who works in cellphones said there was nothing they can do beside taking the phone to Nokia which can take around 3 weeks for it to be fixed or I should go to Jabula Mall and try speaking to the technician maybe I can get my phone in 2days. I bought the phone 11.09.2013 and its already giving me problems and instead of them telling me to come to Maponya and they will look at thye phone right there and then they should have told me to go to Nokia shop in Jabulani... I'm sooooo at this moment cause it just shows how incompetent Edgars staff is now I'm stufff with a phone that's new but freezing every single day and always in the charger nxah
