I bought a laptop battery for R700 from the shop hoping that the problem with my Laptop was the battery. However it was discovered that the problem is with the computer. Within 7 days as stipulated on their invoice I took the battery back to the shop on the 19 October 2013. I was told that the battery will be taken to the service provider and that the shop will phone later.
I further phoned the shop on the 05 November 2013.I was told that they will contact me later after talking to the service provider. They phoned on the 06 November 2013 and again indicted that they are still waiting for the supplier. Kindly assist so as to be credited.
