My phone was water damaged and I gave it in at Edgars Canal Walk for repairs. After i phoned after Hollard and the Edgars store I got my phone back only to get home (could not test phone in shope because battery was dead) to find my keyboard not working.? went to Edgars in Bayside Mall to give my phone in AGAIN. Now I am still waiting on my phone, this hold procedure is taking more than 2 and a half months? I think it is pathetic service, if phones get fixed and sent back surely ig must go through some sort of test to insure it is in full working order? That is the reason why I have insurance in the first place. And if Hollard cant repair my phone 100% I want them to pay me out?!
