Today an attempt was made to purchase an item from Boardmans @ Century City & my wife's Edgars card was rejected AGAIN!!!
This is in excess of three occasions that this has occurred even after updating information in-store as well as on-line.
After resorting to hellopeter a few weeks ago, was assured that this would not occur again, with many apologies which means nothing when a company like this is unable to get its house in order.
