I bought furniture 4 weeks ago, the furniture is now due for delivery. i paid everything upfront. I call the store to make an arrangement that when delivery is due, please contact me, so i can know when they coming. The guy asks for my surname as if he checking on the system but clearly not. he has no clue what i bought etc. why he asked for my surname i dont know, he then asks me about the sales person who was helping me. he is clueless about my goods i bought, and he is no way helping. I find it odd that i have paid a d NOW MY STUFF IS NO WAY TO BE FOUND. i have to remember peoples name .. WHERE IS a system that works. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AGAIN BECAUSE THEY UNORGANISED AND YOU MIGHT NOT BE SURE IF YOUR STUFF IS REALLY PAID FOR. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIE NDS TO USE THE SHOP PERIOD. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING < AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HELPIG, PUTTING THE CUSTOMER AT EASE.
