I got a call from Reginald 2 weeks ago and he promised he would contact Checkers @ Diamond Pavilion in Kimberley to get my missing M number as I explained I am not going back to Kimberley anytime soon. He said he would get back to me 2 weeks ago to resolve my missing M number escalation... to date I have not heard anything. Dear Shoprite/Checkers, please get my m number for the deposit made last November and give me my R150? Also advise why your systems are not linked for such cases? How can you tell a client to go back to a different province for mere R150, I dont think if I was a 'VIP' I would be having such trouble!! This is disappointing to say the least... nonchalance seems to trickle from the top down in your organisation... not so much 'change in my pocket' hey... thanks
